Athletic and Band Physicals
Athletics and band physicals will be July 23, 2020 at 5:30 pm, in the high school gym.
Physicals will be $15 cash only.
This year physicals will only be required for incoming 7th graders, anyone that had never had a physical before, and anyone who checks yes on questions 1-6 on the medical history form.
