Lovelady ISD – Vehicles for Sale by Sealed Bid

Lovelady Independent School District is accepting sealed bids for the following surplus vehicles:

Available Vehicles:

  • Bus #10 – 2005 Model – Running Condition
  • Bus #81 – 2008 Model – Not Running
  • Bus #24 – 2007 Model – Not Running
  • GMC Van – 2001 Model – Running Condition
  • Chevrolet Truck – 1998 Model – Running Condition

Bid Submission Information:

  • All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope and delivered to:

Lovelady ISD Administration Office
11839 TX State Hwy 19
Lovelady, Texas

  • Office open Monday-Thursday
  • Sealed bids will be accepted until Monday, June 16, 2025, at 3:00 p.m.
  • Bids will be opened and reviewed during the Lovelady ISD Board Meeting on June 16, 2025.
  • Each item will be awarded to the highest bidder, unless the highest bid is below current scrap value. In such cases, Lovelady ISD reserves the right to sell the vehicle for scrap to ensure optimum return for the district.

Important Notes:

  • Moving/hauling of purchased vehicles is the sole responsibility of the awarded bidder and should be factored into your bid.
