FY 2024 Lovelady C1 RFP for 470 240003018
Category 1- The district is seeking pricing for the services described below for Internet Access Services.
CATEGORY 1 Internet Access and Data Transmission Services for Internet access and data transmission service whether offered by one service provider(s) as a bundled package or offered by one or more service provider(s) as independent services. Provide pricing for Internet access services that include basic firewall protection and domain name services as a standard component of the Internet services.
Provide pricing for min 500M up to 3G.
Vendor to provide pricing in the following increments for each term stated:
500M, 1G, 2G, 3G for a 1 year term
and
500M, 1G, 2G, 3G for a 3 year term
All proposed contracts to include the ability to increase bandwidth during the contract period term and upon requested upgrade a mid-contract term length does not reset or renew.
All internet/transport bids need to include any MRC for services and a separate cost for any MRC equipment costs needed for services to be functional. Include make/model of equipment with the cost. If additional costs are needed for one-time equipment upgrades for increased bandwidth, vendor to indicate pricing for equipment to include make/model and installation charges.
